RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can place your queries pertaining to return and exchange on the following:

1. We take 7 to 15 working days to deliver your order from the date of placing the order.
2. We shall consider a return request if you place the same within 15 days of receiving the product.
3. Check the products when you receive them for missing item/damage etc.
4. Retain the packaging and original tags of the received item in case of discrepancies or damage.
5. We reserve all the rights to deal with each case of return or exchange,given the nature of the products.
6. No EXCHANGE shall be granted in case the customer has requested custom size for the product.

Exchange of a product will take place under the following conditions:

1. If there is an issue in the size received.
2. If the product is damaged during the shipment process.
   
3. We shall accept a return under other unforeseen reasons apart from the ones given above and you shall also receive a credit note for the same.

Reverse Pick Up

The option of reverse pick up can be availed in the areas of available pin codes.We shall arrange for the pick-up from the same place of delivery.The charges of the reverse pick up shall be borne by the customer.There are chances that this option might not be available for a few pin-codes.In such a case we request the customer to send back the product with the customer name and contact number.
